Refund Policy
We stand behind our product and services. In an event that a code cannot be generated (Not Found) for the customer's handheld device, they are eligble for a 100% full refund.
However once a code has been generated for the IMEI number that the customer has given to us we cannot refund the purchase.
It is very unlikely that an unlock code generated by us will not work for the customer's device. However, if a code we supply a customer does not work, we will do our best to recheck our system and see that we have the correct code generated.
If the customer insists that our product still does not work we reserve the right to request further evidence to support the customers claims. This may include video/photographic evidence of the device in question, complete with images of the IMEI number located on the screen, under the battery, the customer inserting the SIM card and following the provided instructions correctly.
We also do not provide refunds for the following:
- codes that has been generated for a Nokia device that has been hardlocked
- codes that have been generated for incorrect IMEIs that the customer has provided in the original order
