   hi there!

   i would like some help please!!!

   i got the samsung galaxy y phone.

   i have enabled a pattern lock on it so that trespassers do not make use of it.

   unfortunatally someone tried to crack the pattern lock and now my phone is blocked!!!!!!!!!

   it says “too many pattern attempts!”. to unlock sign in with your google account.

   i do have a google account via the phone but i do not keep the line open, should i need something i will activate the network and thereafter i will automatically deactivat it.

     Pattern unlock is not what we do, we unlock the network. For pattern unlock, I believe you do a factory reset that should fix it.
