Hi there, I have purchased new cell Blackberry 9630 ( Verizon ) but using it in India with Service provider Vodafone. Activated my backberry services but could not able to acess any services like balckberry messenger and E-mail access. Spoke to Customer Care helpdesk and even they are also unable to helped me out as they said you need to unlock you cell with Verizon and capital E should be reflected on extreme right side up, but it show currently edge. Can you please help me out to resolve this query. Customer Care helpdesk saying that they are unable to register my mobile on their server.
Hi there that is probably because your phone does not support the 3G network of the carrier you are using it on, there isn’t much you can do in that scenario
