I have never witnessed any sort of customer service with this kind of speedy relplies, i mean they literrally reply withing 5 minutes of sending an email and asking for help. The unlock code did not work in the case of my phone so they sent me a very easy to use software with step by step instructions, my phone is fully unlocked now and all that was done for 8$ compared to the 35$ they were gonna take from me at the bearest cell shop.
