I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy. I ordered an unlock code on the 31st of December, here it is the 9th of January and still no unlock. First I was told I had to wait until after New Years day then, that lead to we need a couple extra days. I got another email that Friday saying we still weren't able to generate a code so you'll have to wait at least 2 more business days which is supposed to be this Tuesday? That's insane. Almost 2 full weeks without a phone. Also, they're literally the worst at customer service. I've called so many times and the automated services literally just hung up no matter the option I chose. I would at least like to be informed about why it's taking so long or if they can even do it for that matter. Please don't use them!

1st Codes didnt work, tried calling many times but never got thru to a Rep. Emailed and after a while I received new codes and the MEP2 Code worked!. Customer Service time needs improvement but the main thing is, I got a code that worked. Maybe its the difference in time form where I am to where they are.

My phone is unlocked after 3 weeks of processing. The phone originally was locked to at&t so the turn around was expected to be a week or two. I'm not disappointed but I'm not sure if I'd recommend to others. I will use this site again on another phone I need unlocked. If the results are better then I'll recommend.

Turn around time for receiving my 'unlock' code was quite speedy, given that the request was sent after NYE weekend. About 2.5 days turn around. Professional, certpus service and the company provides a tracking number to follow the success of your unlock. Would use this company again in the future, hands down.
