Hi, I have a question on my iNQ Cloud Touch.
I already unlocked this phone and was doing great with other provider, and since after I send it for LCD repair (due to dead pixel accros the screen), I now receive an error message of “The process com.adroid.phonoe has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.”. But if I inserted the original provider (Koodo) on it, it works ok.
What is wrong with it? Did the Tech guy did something to lock it to its original provider which is Koodo?
I did a factory reset and inserted a non functioning sim and I didn’t get any screen asking for the unlock code.
Hope you can help me with this.
They may have switch the mother board, which is almost like having a new phone, but if its not asking for a code, it seems to unlocked…you should ask them to switch the device all together
