i have the lg 350 neon 2. is that the same as the lg 350f neon 2 listed under lg models on your website? also i followed the instructions. what does it mean by original sim card? is that the sim card registered with my service provider or an unregistered sim card? when i got to step 3, the only option available was the network unlock and the sim/usim unlock. so i entered the code and it said network unlock success but when i replaced the rogers sim card with a telus sim card, the phone can only be used for emergency calls only. help please!
