Unlock Now!

My Unlock code is "Not Found" what do I do?

Why is my code “not found”?

The most common reason is the IMEI number is incorrect.  It is very important
the IMEI number is correct when we are processing your code. Please press *#06# and verify

What if my IMEI number is correct?

Although your IMEI number may be in the database, when we look it up
the unlock code beside the IMEI number may be blank or blocked by the
carrier. Thus, coming back as “not found”

What can I do if my IMEI number is “not found”?

Luckily, Some brands of phones we have different methods of getting your
phone unlocked.  We can either:

a. Send the IMEI directly to the manufacturer and get a unlock code.
b. Use Software and a cable to unlock your phone.

Why will it cost more for an alternative method? I already paid!

The alternative methods are more expensive for our company to process than
the original method you used.  If that was not the case we would have already sent
your IMEI number to the manufacturer rather than returning it as “not found”
to you.

The Follow methods we can usually get ALL “not found” codes, if we fail to get the unlock code for you, you will be refunded 100%

The manufacturer methods (unlock code) we currently have include:

1. All LG phones     14.99,   1-2 business days
2. All Motorola      19.99,   1-2 business days
3. All HTC phones    29.99,   2 minutes-1 hour
4. All Sony Ericsson 39.99    1-2 business days

All Software and Cable unlock alternatives include:

1. All Palm Treo and Centrino   14.99, 2 minutes-1 hour
2. All Palm Pre                                 39.99, 2 minutes-1 hour

A higher number of AT&T are not being found these days.

AT&T has changed their policy and thus some handsets are no longer available.

handsets that are exclusive to at&t have been removed from database.

Also, handsets that are less than months old might also not be in the database

However, any LG that are “not found” can be found via the LG USA method.

Motorola that are “not found” can be found via the Motorola 2nd method.

HTC via the HTC New Records or Newest Database methods.

We will have a pantech and samsung solution soon.

Also, we will have the complete Sony Ericsson database in a couple days, so that will also be a great seller.
Especially for X10 Xperia.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

This is the complete list so far of phones in at&t that have changed.
