What do you mean when you say turnaround time? What do I get for the 30 dollars? Just the code and instructions? Also you state that once unlocked you can use it with any service. But then in a comment above you stated that he can still use verizon but cannot use at&t for example. The Motorola Droid 3 can only be unlocked for use outside of the USA. It will work in Europe, Canada etc..
I am planning to buy the Droid 3 today, but I need to know how much you will charge for the unlock codes on the phone and the turn around time i should expect. Once I use the phone overseas and I bring it back will it automatically lock again? Because it is with verizon your website mentioned i can only use it outside the USA but will it be restricted to any particular band while outside the USA?

Hi its 29.99 and takes about 1-3 hours. You can still use it on verizon after unlocking it, but you just can’t unlock it and use it on say at&t for example.
